These terms govern your use of adeasy.com and the forms, phone lines, and text messaging connected to it. They’re written in plain language on purpose. If you have questions about any of it, email us. We answer.

AdEasy Inc.

02 · AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

Using the site means you accept them.

By visiting adeasy.com, submitting a form, calling our lines, or texting with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. If you sign a services agreement with AdEasy, that agreement governs the services; these terms govern the website and messaging.

Information, not guarantees.

The content on adeasy.com describes our services and shares marketing information, case studies, and results from client work. Past results are real but specific to those clients; they are not a promise of your results. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

04 · TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

How texting with us works.

When you provide your phone number through a form on this site, over the phone, or by texting us first, you consent to receive text messages from AdEasy. Here is exactly what that means:

  • What we send: replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and occasional information about our services.
  • Message frequency varies. We text like humans, not like a drip campaign.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message and we stop. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from AdEasy.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our messaging practices comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial message we send identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the SMS service. 

05 · YOUR INFORMATION

What we collect and how we handle it.

When you submit a form or contact us, we collect what you give us: name, business name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to respond to you, provide our services, and, where you’ve consented, send you marketing. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell your information. To access, correct, or delete your information, email [email protected].

06 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Don’t break the site or the law.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no scraping at scale, no submitting forms with false information or on behalf of someone who hasn’t consented, and no using the site for anything unlawful.

07 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our work is ours.

The content on this site, including copy, frameworks (including the Revenue Chain), graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, belongs to AdEasy Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Client names and marks belong to their owners and appear with permission.

08 · THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Other sites are their own problem.

This site links to third-party websites and tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

09 · DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

The legal ceiling.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdEasy Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability related to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 CAD). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10 · CHANGES

We may update these terms.

When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11 · GOVERNING LAW

Manitoba, Canada.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Manitoba. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
